Thanksgiving up in New York FLEW by. We had a fabulous time, as usual, and it was nice and relaxing. We headed up to Amenia to Kevin's Aunt Sandy's house for Thanksgiving dinner. Henry had a BLAST with his cousins! I'm not sure if they're second cousins or what, but whatever. They're related. :) The next day we hung around home and Kevin and I went on a date! We went to dinner at ABC Pizza (a pizzeria right near his house) and then to see Catching Fire. Loved it. On Saturday we went to see Eggbert (Kevin's family tradition around Christmastime), to an antique store nearby called The Hidden Barn (I am completely obsessed with this place! If you're ever in the Hudson Valley, check it out.) to get a couple things, and then hung around again at home. Henry was officially allowed to see Christmas movies, so we let him watch The Polar Express. He's watched it almost every day since! Christmas and trains... what more could he ask for? Sunday was church and then we headed home.
Anyway, here's some pretty awful pictures. I really need to get a grip and learn how to use my camera.
Look how related they look... Kevin and Evan. I mean, they are cousins, but don't they just look so alike?
Me and the Squish. He just woke up.
Me and Kelly. She made me say I wouldn't post this anywhere. But of course I couldn't follow through. :) I love her!
Henry was at Thanksgiving, I swear. He was just playing with his 4 girl cousins. In heaven. :)
Here's his first look at Santa!
He asked Santa for "car tracks" and "treats".
Mr. Martinbear enjoyed his clothing layers on this cold day...
Henry the red-nosed toddler...
Walking the trail to see Eggbert!
